MAT-BASED PILATES IS A FANTASTIC EXERCISE ​FOR ALL ABILITIES

Lengthen and strengthen

​Pilates creates a balance between strength and flexibility, reconnects your mind to your body, develops core stability and improves coordination and posture.
Pilates can be a part of your training or a separate service.  You can join one of my mat-based classes or have private one-to-one sessions in my studio.
