Pilates is a system of non-impact exercise for both men and women which helps keep the mind and body working in harmony. It develops body awareness, improves and changes the body's postural and alignment habits and increases flexibility and ease of movement.

I offer Pilates classes for up to 15 people as well as one-to-one sessions. I am currently running open classes in Ascot – Monday 10.00am, Thursday 7.30pm and Holyport (Maidenhead) - Wednesday 8.00pm. Please contact me for further details.
