Hello and welcome to my new blog at new: www.mbpt.co.uk

Matt Bryant Personal Training is based in Burnham (on the border of Berkshire and Buckinghamshire…sadly not by the sea). I work from a private studio training and coaching a wide variety of people.  My clients range from people who are new to exercise who would like to lose a little weight and get a bit healthier, to athletes wanting to improve their 5km/10km/half marathon times and a lot of people between the two.

I’ll aim to blog about fitness and my clients' experiences/results/achievements etc but also about my own training (I’m currently training for my second Ironman) and how I’m managing to keep up as my wife’s pregnancy develops.

Hopefully you’ll enjoy reading my posts and ramblings. I’m not guaranteeing I’ll post every week but I will try to post as often as possible.
