An estimated 24.3 million working days were lost due to work-related ill health in the last year. The two main reasons given were musculo-skeletal related illness (including bad backs) and stress, anxiety and depression. Obviously this means a decrease in productivity and lower profits.
Research shows time and time again that regular exercise is a fantastic antidote for depression and back problems. Encouraging staff to take regular exercise can lead to a happier working enviroment, a greater sense of ‘team’, less sick days and generally a fitter, healthier and more productive workforce.
I offer one to one and group exercise classes tailored specifically for the corporate market, utilising your own office space. I currently work with a variety of corporate clients where I provide early morning, lunchtime and evening classes which promote healthy lifestyles and team mentality.
