Boxing and kickboxing
Kickboxing (and boxing) are hugely effective ways to get a really high intensity cardiovascular workout fast! Don’t worry, we’ll keep it non-contact…unless you get really fed up with me!!!

 The benefits of kickboxing are:
  • Develops balance, agility and speed   
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Proprioception (physical spatial awareness)
